Amy Dumas better Known from her in ring name LITA was born on born April 14, 1975 at Fort Lauderdale, Florida is an American professional wrestler, currently working for World Wrestling Entertainment, and a former valet in Extreme Championship Wrestling.
For six years, she had had a real-life relationship with Matt Hardy, until he broke up
with her in late February 2005. The split occurred because Lita had sexual relations
with Edge. The fallout of the affair led to Matt Hardy's release. On April 18, 2005,
Lita's appearance in Madison Square Garden was met with jeers and calls for Matt Hardy
by a significant section of the audience. Similar chants were directed at her the
following week during her backstage interview, but since the show was pre-taped in
front of a British audience the chants were edited out in the American broadcast.
