Oscar Gutierrez Better Known For his InRing Name Rey Mysterio was born on December 12, 1974. He was trained by his uncle Rey Misterio Sr. and made his pro debut in 1989. He currently lives in San Diego, CA. He is married to Angie and has a daughter (Aalyah) and a son (Dominick). The battle with Eddie Gererro for the custody of Dominick was just a fictional story line.

Rey Mysterio made his WWE debut in the summer of 2002. His first feud was with Kurt Angle. In early 2003, he was injured by the Big Show when he was swung, while attached to a stretcher, into a ring post. When Rey returned to action he briefly held the cruiserweight title and then reformed his tag team with Billy Kidman. Most of 2004 saw him battle for the cruiserweight title.

In 2005, Eddie & Rey won the tag team titles. Then in 2006 Rey Mysterio won Royal Rumble and went on to Win the World Heavywieght Championship at Wrestlemania 22 Beating the Hard Hitting Kurt Angle. But Eddie Cost him World Heavywight Title just because he was not a Guerrero

• 2/20/05 No Way Out - Rey Mysterio with Eddie Guerrero beat The Basham Brothers to win WWE TAG TEAM Titles.
• 12/16/05 - Rey Mysterio with Batista MNM to wib WWE TAG TEAM Titles.
• 6/5/03 - Rey Mysterio Beat Matt Hardy to Become WWE Cruiserweight Champion.
• 1/1/04 - Rey Mysterio Beat Tajiri to Win WWE Cruiserweight Title.
• 6/17/04 - Rey Mysterio Beat Classic Chavo to become WWE Cruiserweight for the Third Time.
